Efterklang awarded with two Red Dot Design Awards 2024
Efterklang is recognized for pioneering and imaginative use of sound design, and once again, Djungellekan playground in Helsingborg and Stora Torg in Uppsala are being awarded. Both projects receive the prestigious ‘Red Dot’ in the Brands & Communication Design Awards 2024, with Djungellekan playground additionally being recognized as ‘Best of the Best’.

Djungellekan Playground – Red Dot Design Award 2024 ‘Best of the Best’
Djungellekan Playground is a jungle-themed play area and park featuring a multi-layered soundscape. With interactive elements such as animal fact recordings and an ‘animatronic’ gorilla, the sound design vividly brings the jungle to life. See and hear more on our project page.
Uppsala Stora Torg – Red Dot Design Award 2024
Uppsala Stora Torg is a city square offering diverse sound experiences through loudspeakers integrated into the surrounding lighting system. The sounds are intended to be sporadic and temporary, spread out over the week and year to enrich the visitors’ experiences at the location. See and hear more on our project page.
