Efterklang and AMF Fastigheter have been honored at the prestigious Transform Awards Europe 2025 for the innovative sound design concept created for AMF Fastigheter’s new headquarters in Stockholm. 

AMF Fastigheter, one of Sweden’s leading real estate companies, celebrated this recognition for their headquarters, now a multi-award-winning space. The 1,400-square-meter office, located in the vibrant Mood district in Stockholm, is divided into three zones: private offices, collaborative spaces, and an open area seamlessly connected to the shopping center. To elevate the workspace experience, Efterklang developed a unique sound design inspired by the changing seasons—Autumn, Spring, and Summer—aligning with the office’s color schemes and patterns. This innovative approach highlights how sound can play a vital role in enhancing focus, comfort, and creativity for both employees and visitors. 

The Transform Awards Europe is an annual celebration of excellence in brand development and rebranding projects across various industries. Entries are evaluated by a panel of industry experts on creativity, innovation, strategic thinking, and measurable results. The award ceremony, held in London on March 26th, recognized the collaboration between Efterklang and AMF Fastigheter as a standout achievement in brand experience and workplace innovation. The project was awarded bronze in the ‘Best Sonic Brand Activation’ category.
